Plank with Knee to Triceps.

Posture is important for proper ballroom technique and everyday life. I know the judges will be hard on each cast member’s technique, so we really have to work hard on making their spinal alignment perfect.

An amazing and difficult exercise to improve this is the plank. Pull that belly button into your spine and alternate knees to your triceps. Keep your body in a straight line from shoulders to heels, don't let those hips drop. We are shooting for 20 each side. When you bring your knee in, really squeeze that core.
