Squat Thrust With Push-up and Jump.

This week, it's time to get that beach body ready and into shape. If you are out here in Hollywood that means this should be on your go-to list of exercises. It's the squat thrust with a push-up at the bottom and exploding into a jump. This is one of the best exercises in order to burn the most calories in a short amount of time and getting a full-body workout.






The cast was huffing and puffing after this exercise. We started with just 10 reps and worked up to 20. This is also one of the main reasons why the cast is able to run 6-miles now. Remember, they could barely do a minute of jumping jacks their first week. 20.
