Latin Week! It’s one of my favorite weeks and time to focus on that sexy core! Latin dances are centered around the core, the lumbo-pelvic-hip area. It's probably noted as the sexiest area but also very important as your center of support. The tighter you can keep those abs during exercise, the stronger you'll be. One of my favorite ab exercises that really burn and tone the core is the v rotation. It will really pull in those abs and slim down that waist so you can salsa out to the dance floor. 20 each side.
