You guys are in for a real treat.
Jun 30 2009

Here’s a little of my background. I was born in Williamsburg, Virginia where I played all kinds of sports. I excelled in basketball and track and ended up going to a division 1 college to play basketball (VCU). After a career ending ankle injury, I had to find a way to stay in sports, so I moved to NYC and helped train the New Jersey Nets professional basketball team and work in basketball operations. Also, I wanted to help everyday people, so I started working for Crunch as a personal trainer. I have been with Crunch for about 11 years and hold certifications such as NASM-CPT, CES, ISSA, pre/post natal, kickboxing, and pre/post rehab. Now, I currently work for Crunch in the Los Angeles area as a trainer and personal training director.

I hope all of you enjoy this show. It’s truly brilliant and exciting! Stay tuned to my blog and I’ll fill you in on the show from week to week and provide some DYAO tips to stay healthy!

Best,

Lee
