
Because I started my new life (I hate the word "diet" -- it seems temporary and too much pressure) a few weeks ago, here's a list of a few things that have helped me. Remember, SLOW AND STEADY -- there is no quick fix. You will love the new show and I hope it inspires you as much as it does me!!!
Try these things this week and see how little things really help:
1. Starbucks YUM. Trade your Frappuccino for iced coffee, or an Americano (they have sugar-free vanilla they can add in or use Splenda to make it taste better). Ask for skim milk, not cream or half and half (save those calories for something worth it).
2. Get a friend to sign up for a dance class/exercise class with you so that you can't blow exercise off!!!! No spare cash? NO EXCUSE! You own sneakers, so go with a friend on a hike or a walk at lunchtime or literally watch your fav music videos and try to learn the dance! I have been trying to learn Beyonce's "Single Ladies" before it goes out of style.
