Miles, it blew my mind at the transformation you made. You were right in your interview. You knew you could do it at home and others needed to be there. You proved yourself right. Pinky's dancing spoke to me, got me moving and dieting again, but your life story was such a true chord for me and many. My parents died in my twenties, and quickly, I had three surgeries. For a long time after, and to some degree decades, I was more afraid of living creatively than was healthy. Many of us who are reflective and analytical muddle through, when we need to grab hold and conquer. I think your story was very helpful on many levels to those who are traumatized by life and can't, or won't, dream for a future and make changes. I'm happy for you and for your family leading healthier and more positive lives. Utah's weather is harsh! Good luck on all that walking through snow and ice.
