I'm a Broadway girl so I know all about BoB Fosse so this was my favorite dance of all. You looked soooo beautiful and I loved your costumes. Your hair was HOT HOT HOT! You danced perfectly! I didn't like the judges comment about your feet. I think you did absolutely amazing and it can be hard sometimes with added weight but I would definitely say technically you were the best! I loved it! Yea!

You know what i LOVE about this women..She just broke every stereotype there was ever perceived about height,weight,race,and color, from her first performance telling u where she was from and how she was going to shake it on t.v like u never seen before and she didn't care what we thought because she knew she wasn't a size 2. Monday she took it to a another level again with ALL THAT JAZZ. I remember a time when a women of color was never allowed to perform. She did Bob Fosse u had to be skinny,tall,and a long legged women to do FOSSE WOW. I must say she has changed and opened a lot of peoples eyes and minds in the world on how women of size are betrayed. With her comes a purpose in life "TO TEACH" she has opened my eyes on how i look at people for sure. Never judge a book by it's cover!!!

I was over 130 pounds at a point, but made some changes (especially drinking water) that helped me go down to 115. Trice, you are my favorite. I am a little confused as to why you're not losing more weight. Your energy is extremely high so you should be burning fat easily. Are you drinking any water? If not, try and drink 2 glasses when you wake up and two glasses before bed. That will help to flush the toxins from your body. Try to limit any sugars (most of us can't stop eating them). Use honey and brown sugar (better still - raw cane sugar)instead. One last thing make sure you do not skip any meals. You have to increase your metabolism. Trice, I am overweight and whenever I embark on a weight loss journey and people start noticing the weight coming off, THAT is when I really start to feel like I'm getting somewhere. For me, it always takes someone else to say, "you are losing weight". So for whatever it's worth to you, I can see an amazing difference in your body. Watching the show tonight, I thought, holy cow look how awesome that girl looks. You can see it in your face and legs. Of all the contestants, I can see the most change in you.
