My life has changed since I left the show. My family and I are a lot more active. We go to the gym three times a week and have a lot of fun doing more physical activities outside. The biggest challenge being back at home was getting my whole family on board to eating healthy. Even though I understand the benefits it is hard to explain to my family that you can eat more and lose weight. Sometimes they just look at me like I am crazy.
I have stayed the same since I came home. I haven’t really lost more weight. My nutrition is what has suffered the most. But I'm working with Miles, because he is so close, to get my nutrition back on track and get back on the losing weight bandwagon. The first thing I ate when I got home was a fast food burger. I got sick. I had detoxed from all the unhealthy food on the show that when I had a burger, I threw up.
I keep in touch with everyone from the show. You never know when someone will need a big daddy from Utah to help produce a new show, which would be a dream come true for me.
From my time on the show, I loved the disco costume but I loved my first performance to "Jump Around". But the most difficult part of being on the show was not being able to contact my family.
To the fans I just want to say: thanks for watching. Remember, you don't have to fit in any specific mold to be beautiful. Be a kind person that others want to be around and you’re drop dead gorgeous.
