The Dance Your A** Off group arrives at the football field to hear what their next challenge will be.
Mel B. tells the group that they will be heading back to high school and going to the prom!
It's time for the group to celebrate their happier and healthier lives.
General Lee meets the contestants on the track. It's time for them to run one mile.
The group has to run one mile wearing a weighted vest.
Ready, Set, Go. The group takes off running.
The weighted vest may help the contestants burn more calories but it is still had work for the contestants.
The group finds out that the weight of the vests is the amount of weight the contestants have lost in the competition thus far.
